GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Minimal age
Minimal age is 21 years for car groups A,B and C, 23 years for groups D and E and 25 years for group XL.

2. Rental includes
Oil and maintenance. Fuel cost is not included.  + DAILY RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES 250 KM.

3. Minimal rental period
Minimal rental period is 24 hours, time of fairness is 60 minutes. After this time the second day will be charged.

4. Insurance
Third party liability insurance is included in the rental price. Collision insurance coverage includes a deductable amount paid by the customer, if the full insurance does not apply. Full insurance is obtainable.

6. Delivery and collection of the car
The delivery and collection of the car to any of the Prague hotels is free. Delivery and collection to Prague Airport will be charged by 16.-Euro per delivery/collection. Delivery or collection to any other location within the Czech Republic will be charged by one day rental charge of the same car group. Delivery to following locations outside of the Czech Republic is possible upon request:
Nurnberg, Munich, Dresden, Leipzig and Berlin in Germany, Vienna, Linz and Salzburg in Austria, Bratislava in Slovakia and Krakow in Poland. Collection is possible in Dresden, Vienna or Bratislava only (rates upon request).
Only the delivery is FREE – the collection is for a fee eur 16.-

7. Travelling out of the Czech Republic
If a car rent includes journeys to countries outside of the Czech Republic, a liability insurance for travelling abroad shall be issuedd upon request (Green Certificate).
The insurance for driving abroad is eur 8.- / per day.

8. Refuelling charge
Fuel is not included in rental rates. The vehicle is rented and must be returned with a full tank. The hirer will be charged for missing fuel.

9. Payment
Payment is requested in cash or by following credit cards: VISA, Diners Club, JCB, Eurocard/Mastercard.
